The first prototype was created by a team of three people (Danik, Dilshat, Renata) in collaboration with Credit24.
The company did not pay them, but it gave them the most important thing—the opportunity to learn and experiment.

After acquiring Bank Kosanov, Freedom faced an increase in late payments.
We offered an automated solution based on digital operators.
The first tests took one day and showed strong results: late payments began to decline in the first month.
The system was so effective that the bank asked us not to turn it off even while the contract was being finalized.
Eleven operators were replaced by the equivalent of 169 digital employees — without expanding the contact center or incurring infrastructure costs.
Following this success, other major banks in Kazakhstan began to connect with us.

The program changed the technological approach:

The company became the best startup in its field, took 2nd place at the Unicorn Cup Finals in San Francisco, and attracted the attention of investment funds.
After that, we entered the main Alchemist program and began our entry into the US market.
